By Time is running out to submit a public comment on the Department of Labor’s proposed changes to overtime rules that will directly impact workers earning less than $55,000.
Only 1 state and the District of Columbia pay starting teachers at least $55,000 on average. If teachers and professors are included in the rule change, it will have a huge impact on educators’ lives and help schools recruit—and keep—great educators.
The deadline for submissions is this Monday.
