As part of CCA’s Chapter of the Month series, we are featuring the Napa Valley College Faculty Association (NVCFA) to highlight strong bargaining.
From NVCFA’s Outgoing President/Incoming Vice President Kristie Iwamoto: “The Napa Valley College Faculty Association renegotiated an additional 1% on top of our 8% salary increase for the 2023-2024 academic year, bringing our total salary increase to 9% retroactive to August 2023. We also started an organizing team. Our hope for the next contract is to get fully covered family health care benefits.”
