FOR EXHIBITORS
If you are interested in procuring an exhibitor table at a CCA Conference, please send your request to the Conference Chair.
Include your name and the title you would like on the placard for the table. Please submit your request no later than 10 days before the start of the conference. Remember: Space is limited in some venues. We will accommodate your requests if at all possible.

Fall Conference
Held in October, this conference focuses on bargaining & negotiations and includes Fall Council, the CCA business meeting where chapter delegates approve budgetary changes, elect candidates to fill vacancies, and vote on action items on a variety of issues.
Winter Conference
Held in mid-February, this conference focuses on advocacy and grievances and includes Winter Council. In alternating years, CCA offers one day academies on grievances and bargaining.
Spring Conference
Held in April, this conference focuses on membership and member engagement, conducts elections for half of the CCA Board, hosts the annual CCA Awards, and includes Spring Council where delegates approve the upcoming year’s Budget, legislative positions and accompanying policy, and a variety of action items.
Webinars
Hosted on Zoom, CCA webinars have addressed topics that include unemployment, CalSTRS retirement, and bargaining as well as other hot topics. Beginning in Fall 2024, two new webinars will occur prior to each Council as needed: Legislative and Policy positions, and Governance Document changes. These will prepare delegates for debates at the Councils where they will be considered.
Academies
CCA offers two annual academies that convene during each of the conferences:
- Building Strong Locals (BSL)
- California Leadership Academy (CLA)
Regional Events
These regional events are one-day, drive in/out sessions on important topics. Past trainings have included:
- The Force Awakens to evaluate and recommend items for the CCA Strategic Plan;
- Developing Equity Plans;
- Developing a Strong Executive Board;
Chapters are encouraged to recommend topics, host, and participate in these working sessions.
