It is summer but the effort to prevent educators f

It is summer but the effort to prevent educators from earning fair wages for "non-classroom work" isn't on vacation.

Hence the filing of at least five lawsuits in California with more to follow demanding fair pay for adjunct faculty.

The California Community Colleges Board of Governors has taken steps to get these cases dismissed and shuffled back to the various boards of trustees for each local community college.

If they only fought as hard for community college educators as they do against them we could all take a break and enjoy the weather. #CCA4US #WeAreCTA #NEAToday
